1. How the ventilated facade is arranged?

Hinged ventilated facades represent multilayered outside walls. The system of a ventilated facade consists of following components:
Decorative filter from a ceramic tile. The screen protects a structure from atmospheric effects, such as snow, a rain, the sun etc.
Fixture system with which help the ceramic tile fastens to podkonstruktsii.
Podkonstruktsiya. Podkonstruktsiyais a connecting element between a bearing wall and the screen. Consists of system of aluminium or steel profiles on which, by means of fixture system, ceramic plates, and systems of anchors with which help profiles fasten to a bearing wall are hung.
Heater. The heater blocks unsatisfactory seams of a structure and supplies preservation is warm continuously on all area of a facade.
The ventilating channel. In the ventilating channel, at the expense of difference in pressure, there is a constant vertical stream of air, allowing to delete a moisture from a heater and a bearing wall that increases an effective thermal protection of a building.

3. Why it is good?
The external facing cover protects from an atmospheric precipitation and mechanical effects.The available moisture in a file of a building and in premises is removed in a ventilated zone. Thus, heat losses in a heater are minimised.

4. Fastening systems.

The visible system of a suspension bracket consists of vertically placed T-shaped profiles, on which by means of special skob (klyammerov, klips) ceramic panels fasten. The adjunction of ceramic panels to metallokonstruktsii is made by nonrigid method by means of silikonovogo consolidation or waterproof spongy linings. Klyammeryi fasten on podkonstruktsii by means of corrosion-proof rivets. Visible parts klyammerov can be painted in colour of the ceramic panel what to give designs a uniform colour score

Advantages of visible system are: low cost podkonstruktsii even in case of reduction of the size of a ceramic tile, the maximum flexibility of system, possibility of replacement of a plate without mechanical efforts.

The system of invisible fixture assumes availability on the ceramic panel of rigidly fixed anchors. The anchor can be fixed on the ceramic panel in two methods:
1. A composit element with the built in bolt from stainless steel, which priplavlyaetsya to the ceramic panel in the course of roasting.
2. Screw dyubel which fastens to the ceramic panel mechanically in zasverlennyie cone-shaped apertures.
The system has horizontal and vertical system of profiles. Ceramic panels with anchors, by means of S-shaped, fasten on horizontal profiles.
