Sistemyi air conditionings and the newest workings out of company Sanyo for the Russian market in the field of semiindustrial and industrial central airs of air

Development of the newest principles of work and technologies have found the application in new working out of company SANYO – three-trumpet multizone system 3-PIPE ECO Multi, allowing to regulate capacity of a central air over a wide range with small step. Along with given system SANYO represents on the Russian market new models isparitelnyih blocks. The wide range of the equipment in a combination with a multipurpose control system allows to design central airs of any complexity.

In a coming season company SANYO represents new three-trumpet multizone system 3-PIPE ECO-Multi, manufactured at factory SANYO Tokyo Plant Ashikaga Factory and continuing traditions SANYO to combine ecological safety and profitability of the climatic equipment. Three-trumpet system SANYO ECO-Multi allows to realise possibility of a concurrent working of internal blocks in modes of cooling, heating or deenergizing of any of them.
Created on the basis of multizone system SANYO ECO-Multi, the three-trumpet system includes the condenser block with productivity in a mode of cooling of 22,4 or 28 kw. As well as in all multizone systems SANYO, in system 3-PIPE ECO-Multi the step principle of regulation of the capacity is applied, allowing practically completely to get rid of the harmonious hindrances peculiar invertornyim to systems. The condenser block contains the compressor of constant capacity, the compressor of variable capacity and an external safety valve. In three-trumpet multizone system effective and economic compressor Super PC with three valves of regulation of the capacity is used, allowing to exercise four-stage administration of productivity of the compressor (25, 50, 75 and 100 %). Apparently from Table 1, the combination of compressors of a constant and variable capacity with the regulation valve allows to change target capacity of the condenser block within 16 levels, unlike 8-step regulation in previous system ECO-Multi. Thus the step of change of capacity makes only 1,4 kw!Table 1.

Thin regulation of power consumption is carried out as well in isparitelnyih blocks by means of the electronic control valves supplying stabler temperature indoors. The mode of operation isparitelnogo the block – cooling or heating – is changed by means of the solenoidal valve established in system with each isparitelnyim by the block as a separate element of system (a Fig. 1).

In new three-trumpet multizone system SANYO 3-PIPE ECO-Multi the lineup isparitelnyih blocks is expanded – now it includes 39 models of nine different types. There are blocks with productivity in a mode of cooling of 2,2 kw. It is model of channel type (UR73), cassette type with bilateral (SR73), unilateral (ASR73) and quadrilateral (XR93)
Air distribution, and also model of ceiling type new to the Russian market capacity of 3,6 kw (TR123). Use of new models gives the chance to finish the maximum number of evaporators to 13 for the condenser block capacity of 22.4 kw and to 16 - for the condenser block capacity of 28.0 kw.
Three-trumpet multizone system SANYO ECO-Multi differs from previous multizone systems SANYO variety of features. First, in the condenser block of three-trumpet system the detector of leak of a coolant is established: in case of leak of freon from system works otsechnoy the valve, the central air terminates work, and on a control panel there is an error message. Secondly, air temperature became indoors possible to finish to 12°S, that expands possibilities of air-conditioning of premises of various functionality. Thirdly, designing, working out and service of a three-trumpet multizone central air is carried out by new service software SANYO. Besides, if in a building system ECO-Multi is already established, there is no necessity to alter all system of communications: it is enough to add only one more line of a coolant and to change the condenser block.
Elements of high technologies (convenient control system S-Net and multipurpose controllers), supplying effective work of multizone systems SANYO ECO - and W-ECO-Multi, are applicable and to three-trumpet system 3-PIPE ECO-Multi.
Using adapter AMY and the controller of direct digital control DCC probably to adapt a multizone central air 3-PIPE ECO-Multi in a universal control system of "the Intellectual building» (BMS – Building Monitoring System). The simple and convenient software will allow the operator to operate all file of blocks of a central air, supplying performance of a complete set of functions, so, achievement of optimum climatic conditions in conditioned premises.Smiths A.V.
