PROBLEM OF FORMATION OF CRACKS

Cracks which are formed in cement weight at different stages of hardening and acquire in due course a break (qualitative changes of cover of floors and road covers). Possibility of the decision of this problem by means of grids and lattices TENAX (lattices of type RF are applied).

It is a lattice/grid replacing metal grids, is effective protection against formation of cracks in all mixes which have natural usadku: sand containing, anhydrides, calcium, plaster, etc.

The traditional meta lattices used for secondary reinforcing of concrete, can be less convenient at use. Grids of type SINTOFLEKS can be used for plaster reinforcing.

Grids for reinforcing of concrete TENAKS RF1, RF2, SINTOFLEKS and S-fleks (TENAX RF1, RF2, CINTOFLEX, C-FLEX) are inert in relation to the chemical elements containing in concrete, and are flexible enough, that it is easy to approach under any contour of base structure.

RF1, RF2, SINTOFLEKS and S-fleks are grids with cells of the rectangular form, produced of polypropylene in the course of special process ekstruzii and orientations of fibres in two directions for giving to a grid of high durability in a combination to flexibility. It gives to a lattice following qualities:

APPLICATION

It is ideal for secondary reinforcing of concrete on the big areas, such as gyms, athletic fields, warehouses etc. Also it is ideal for small works, such as restoration, creation of sidewalks, passes, cover of abrupt slopes of inputs and exits.

Stacking of production TENAX is very simplified: easy, flexible grids can be cut, bent and adapted according to the necessary geometrical form.

Use in the conditions of the raised excited environment (marine, road, industrial): restoration of walls, the bridges, new channels of water drains, the water canals, some works with modular building panels.

Thanks to high durability RF1, RF2 and S-fleks also can be used for making of roads to objects of building, time roads and lines, parkings of cars etc. As at use RF1, RF2 and S-fleks the concrete solution extends in regular more intervals, application of these grids does building or repair of the areas by very fast operation which is carried out for once.

Grids RF1, RF2 and S-fleks are established much more fast, and, hence, much more cheaply, than, as usually, electrowelded grids.

Quantity of production TENAKS put for one business hour to one workers three times more than quantity of an electrowelded grid, put for creation of cover of floors: 90 m2 (TENAKS) against 30 m2 a metal grid.

Except the above-stated scopes of grid RF1 and RF2 are used for ground strengthening (pochvostabilizatsionnyie grids).

On access roads to building sites, time roads, hole and track parking places become dirty pools. Zasyipka these holes gravel - infinite process. Use of grids RF1 and RF2 between a ground and gravel levels - the simple and effective decision.
