Senators have agreed with withdrawal of the earth for Олимпиады24.11.2007г. The Federation Council of the Russian Federation has approved on November, 23rd, 2007 the law on realisation of Olympic games in Sochi, reports RIA Novosti news agency. The law defines, including, an order of withdrawal of the ground areas under Olympic building. The law on realisation of Olympic games is transmitted to Sochi for the signature to the president of the Russian Federation.
To reserve the arth for state needs it will be possible only till January, 1st, 2014 and only in a zone of building of objects for the Olympic Games. The withdrawn earth will evaluate on a market value proceeding from which for it indemnification to holders will settle up.
Besides, the law establishes new requests to safety, enters a new order of an advertisement positioning on Olympic structures and tax privileges. Including from the VAT, the profit tax, the property and means of transport will be released organising committee of Olympic games, MOK and the organisations in which MOK participates.
The State Duma has passed the law at once in the second and third readings on November, 16th of a current year. On consideration of deputies it has been introduced in the middle of September.
