The chassis
The monoblock design of the chassis guarantees the maximum stability and excellent mechanical durability at transportation and shtabelirovanii consignments, supporting high residual load-carrying capacity at the maximum heights of lifting. Access in batareynyiy a compartment is carried out by a simple raising of a cover of the hatch that simplifies daily both periodic checks and a recharge. The system of lateral extraction of the battery by means of rollers simplifies replacement of the storage battery at intensive operation during several labour shifts.
Position of the operator
Growing out of careful ergonomic research, position of the operator guarantees the maximum comfort at management:

Drive
The traction electric motor of independent excitation corresponding to the highest requests of productivity, works in all modes of load; speed of work depends directly on position of a pedal of gas.
Hydraulic functions
The powerful and silent elevating engine with proportional klappannyim the management regulating number of turn-overs of the pump in minute, always supplies giving of necessary quantity of oil.
All hydraulic functions are executed with the help mini-dzhojstikov, that guarantees accurate and safe handling of the consignment. The elevating system is equipped by complex brake system with function of gradual slowing down at the movement termination that allows to avoid the sharp stops, capable to subject to risk stability of the consignment.
Masts
Masts are designed from the profiles supplying rigidity at torsion and a bend, and delivered with following characteristics:
- Duplex and triplex with the big complete free course and a lifting range 4300–9750mm;
- Brake system with hydrocylinders of lifting for linear movement without jolting (improves stability of the consignment);
- Inclined vilyi on the carriage;
- Complex cross-section shift in order to avoid movement of the centre of gravity forward and maintenance of optimum residual load-carrying capacity at the maximum heights of lifting.
Electronics system
All lineup NEOS is equipped by the high-frequency electronic equipment, the microprocessor and system rekuperatsii energy by:

Brakes
Independent systems of braking on all models:
- Electric braking with rekuperatsiey energy at change of a direction of movement on the opposite;
- Electric braking with rekuperatsiey energy at otpuskanii gas pedals;
- Manual lay brake;
- Hydraulic brake on a steering wheel for models NEOS 13K and NEOS 14;
- Hydraulic brake on a wheel under the consignment for models NEOS-16-16K – NEOS 20 and 25 4-D.
Steering
Steering by means of the electronic equipment and the specialised engine for the safe and silent operation, requiring application of minimum efforts.
The steering wheel which is adjusted on a longitudinal axis, for maintenance of the maximum comfort at driving.
