Razbornyiy the pipeline from polyethylene

By experts FGUP NIISSV "Progress" it is developed and the folding pipeline in diameter of 160 mm from polyethylene of low pressure (PND) is introduced into building practice.
The pipeline is intended for transportation of sewage, cattle-breeding drains and pure water from pump station on an irrigation plot to dozhdevalnyim to cars DKSH-64 (“Volzhanka”), DKN-80, DDN-70.
The lay of land for a pipeline apportion should not have sharply expressed roughnesses. Pipeline stacking in a trench is if necessry possible.
The basic technical indicators on the pipeline (conditional length 990), are presented structure of completing items and their number accordingly in tables 1 and 2.

The pipeline is mounted on a surface of the earth without any preliminary preparation. Sections of the pipeline 1 incorporate among themselves special demountable collars 2 (rice see). The connection design supplies fast assemblage and reliable work of the complete set at working pressure to 0,6 MPa.

For complete set joining to dozhdevalnoy to the car sections of the pipeline with the branch pipe in diameter of 110 mm having a metal standard flange for fastening of a hydrant are used. The distance between hydrants can vary depending on applied dozhdevalnoy technicians and starts multiple 9,0 m.
