Radiator for premises with high hygienic to requests

What offers today the market of heating devices for medical and child care centres, and also for the enterprises, whose sort of activity provides high degree of cleanliness in premises? All choice is reduced only to two types of devices:
- Radiator steel tubular ARBONIA (Germany) with working pressure 10 atm. Cost of 1 kw – from 117 c.u.
- Radiator steel tubular RS (Russia) with working pressure 15 atm. Cost of 1 kw – from 80 c.u.
Radiator RS is especially interesting to the Russian consumer. Having saved elegance of a prototype, it is capable to sustain all extreme loads of our heating systems. From hydraulic blows it rescue utolschennyie walls of collectors and vertical channels, and from corrosion – internal anticorrosive cover.
It approaches on all hygienic norms. The design of a radiator and high-quality white polymeric cover provide fast and easy removal of a dust. The rounded off edges of an item do its safety. Thus, this device can be recommended for installation in child care centres.
As prototype RS the radiator of German firm Kermi-Dekor has been taken.
It is intended for application in systems of water heating and calculated for working pressure 15 atm, test – 22,5 atm. It is Completely adapted for the Russian operating conditions as in high-rise houses with a central heating where heat-carrier preparation leaves much to be desired, and in independent systems of heating. Four-year-old operating experience of radiators RS has shown their excellent job.
Connection to heating system can be executed with use of an automatic temperature regulator of Danish firm "Danfoss" which, except economy of energy, maintains the set temperature indoors to within 1oS, that is extremely important for those types of premises, where the considerable quantity of people (game rooms, halls for conferences, chambers for patients), and premises where there are big differences of night and day temperatures incidentally gathers.
Radiators RS are manufactured with height 543 and 343 mm. Quantity of sections: 10, 13, 16, 20, 24.
The radiator design represents two collectors, semiinch tubes incorporating among themselves by two numbers (peredniiy a number of tubes is bent).
In premises where there is a restriction on dimensions of radiators, following updatings are manufactured:
- RS-R – the radiator where the back row of tubes has orebrenie (for increase teplootdachi) and is closed by the decorative demountable metal screen;
- RS-3, RS-4 – radiators with three and four numbers of tubes. And chetyirehryadnyie (RS-4) 343 mm are manufactured and with height.
If necessary radiators incorporate among themselves consistently through special knots.
