Optimizatsiya a flowing part deflektorov for systems of natural ventilation

The optimum sizes static deflektorov ASTATO are found experimental by. Experiments are conducted on a wind tunnel with an open working plot by a technique accepted in France. Results of work have allowed to increase efficiency deflektorov by 10-15 %. The optimum design static deflektorov is protected by the Russian legislation and now is successfully applied by the Moscow organisations.

The experimental research of aerodynamic characterisics static deflektorov ASTATO is conducted for the purpose of optimisation of their flowing part and increase of factor of depression. As the varied parametre the gleam height between bottom and top conic disks, fig. 1 has been chosen.

Tests were conducted on a subsonic aerodynamic complex with an open flowing part in MGTU of a name of Bauman, fig. 2. The working plot of a wind tunnel had the sizes 500h500 mm that has allowed to test deflektoryi ASTATO for diameters of air lines from 80 to 140 mm. The technique of tests [1] completely corresponded to the French norms regulating key parametres and test methods static deflektorov.

The factor of depression With was defined at the zero cost of air in a ventilating trunk at speed of running air (speed of a wind) 6 km/s as the depression relation in the top part of the channel to a high-speed pressure of air. The axis deflektora placed strictly vertically, a direction of running air – horizontal.

For the period of tests deflektora ASTATO its racks replaced on vertical directing, that allowed to displace on height the top part deflektora, increasing or reducing a gleam between conic disks.

Results of tests have shown, that all technical parametres declared by firm-manufacturer deflektorov ASTATO are confirmed in practice and, really, these deflektoryi are today the most effective deflektorami, using a wind power for draught strengthening in exhaust ventilation systems.

Besides, as a result of tests it is revealed, that efficiency deflektorov ASTATO can be raised on 10-15 % at the expense of selection of optimum size of a gleam between conic disks. So, for example, deflektor for the diameter of 140 mm has size of a gleam of 64 mm and factor of depression of 65 %. Same deflektor with the reduced size of a gleam to 50 mm supplies factor of depression of 70,4 % and accordingly depression to 15,6 Pases at speed of a wind of 6 km/s, see the table.

Similar results are received and on deflektorah other diameters. On all models the optimum size of a gleam did not exceed 0,4 from diameter of an air line and was it is less, than on the items manufactured by firm ASTATO.

The given work once again has confirmed a conclusion about expediency and efficiency of wide application static deflektorov ASTATO in systems of natural ventilation. Only one factor interferes with it is the price. In comparison with the prices on domestic deflektoryi TSAGI deflektoryi ASTATO time is more expensive at 5-15, and, the difference grows in the price with increase in the sizes deflektora. Rather the heavy price speaks the best efficiency, a choice quality and the design, expensive materials (aluminium, stainless steel, colour plastic), the big durability, high production processes of seamless details (a deep extract, punching), qualitative knots of pass leaden aprons and other attractive features of a design. Deflektor ASTATO for the diameter of 140 mm from aluminium costs about $100; possibly, it is not so high payment for quality on individual country houses and cottages. However, for mass inhabited building where are applied deflektoryi the big diameter, the compromise today is required.

We make successful attempt to create useful model deflektora which prototype is deflektor ASTATO, and which, surpassing a prototype by efficiency, is close under the prices to traditional domestic deflektoram. In the Russian variant deflektora ASTATO the optimum sizes of a flowing part that has raised its efficiency on 10-15 % in comparison with a prototype are used. Price cut is reached at the expense of a number of constructive and technological differences: instead of expensive materials the zinced steel is used, stamped seamless cones are replaced with simple details with a radial seam, the form of disks and fastening of a protective grid is simplified.

Pre-production models new deflektorov have found application on new buildings of Moscow and were highly appreciated by experts. Copyrights to production and use of new model deflektora are protected by the Russian legislation [2]
