Today we will not consider all number of facing materials, and we will stay only on a ceramic tile and keramogranite, more truly, on glues which supply coupling ceramic a tile or a granite with a design surface.

Earlier ceramic tile, as well as tile from a natural sone, stacked on a thick layer of a building solution. Though this method exists for a long time, a number of defects, including dearness, a material heavy expense, and also necessity for very high qualification of experts is inherent in it at insignificant use assurances.

Now it is applied so-called tonkosloynyiy a method of stacking. It has a number of advantages before tolstosloynyim in the method. At tonkosloynom a method the glutinous solution can be put on the big areas by means of gear shpatelya, and tiles keep within fast, qualitatively and reliably. Tiksotropnyie properties of glue do not allow a tile to slip from a surface. Thus, there is no necessity to put between tiles rasporki. This method allows to stack a tile on a solution in the thickness about 2-4 mm.

The basic requests presented to modern tiled glues, are: high pasting ability (adhesion) and plasticity of structure at simultaneously low specific consumption of materials and minimum expenditures of labour, high fixing ability. The today’s building chemistry allows to prepare such structures.

Usually glues subdivide into compositions for internal and outside works.

Glues for internal works are intended for facing of halls, corridors, bathrooms, kitchens, saunas, pools etc. and differ from each other only prochnostnyimi characteristics (for example, structures for tile laying on floors in places with high passableness require high indicators of resistance to static and dynamic loads) and moisture resistance degree.

Much higher requests present to glues for outside works. These structures will work in the conditions of temperature and humidity variables so, durabilities should be rationed on density, moisture resistance and frost resistance. Besides, glue for outside works should have sufficient deformativnostyu at high and low temperatures (the structure should be capable to amortise and reduce loads between a basis and a facing material).

In connection with the aforesaid in Open Company laboratory «New construction material» two materials have been developed: WASCON MG9 — glue for internal works (high-strength, moisture resistant) and WASCON MG10 — glue for outside works, including for facing of pools, fountains open-air.

Glues WASCON MG9 and WASCON MG10 represent a dry mix on the basis of the cement, special additives of leading European manufacturers and eliminated polifraktsionirovannogo quartz sand, brick and other dry or damp bases are applied to stacking of tiles from ceramics and a stone on plastered, concrete, gazobetonnyie, shlakobetonnyie, penobetonnyie. Also glues WASCON MG9 and WASCON MG10 are universal building solutions of wide application. Besides already named scopes, these structures can be used as high-quality kladochnyie mixes for a bricklaying, alignments of surfaces, shpatlevaniya, fillings of cracks, bowls and other defects in concrete, a stone laying and plaster.

Thanks to high branded durability on compression (not more low 500 MPa) structures are suitable for facing of the surfaces subject to influence of static and dynamic constants or variable loads. And high frost resistance WASCON MG10 (not less than 600 cycles of freezing — thawing) allows to apply this glue to outside works. Use of these structures for facing of pools, tanks and artificial reservoirs raises hydroprotection of designs (mark on water resistance at glue WASCON MG9 — W6, at glue WASCON MG10 — W8).

Both glues have high fixing ability: from tiled glue of mark WASCON MG the ceramic tile does not slip, so that it is possible to begin facing with any point of a wall without adaptations fixing a tile.

Not the last place in the list of unique properties take the raised durability on a bend and a stretching and high treschinostoykost from structure WASCON MG10 owing to availability as a part of glue fibrovolokna; these properties WASCON MG10 allow to reduce to minimum a difference between ceramics and concrete thermodeformations so not to admit otslaivaniya a tile from a design and to raise durability of facing.

The basic characteristic of glues is adhesion (coupling with a basis material) — for WASCON MG9 this indicator is equal 2,0 MPa, for WASCON MG10 — 2,5 MPa, that allows to carry universal tiled glues WASCON MG to vyisokoadgezionnyim to glues.

Structures WASCON MG are plastic, convenient in work.
