The mankind all feels on itself consequences of the negligent relation to the nature more sharply. Natural resources are exhausted, and especially, water. Intensive building in nekanalizovannyih areas, the seller’s price of the big treatment facilities and drainage systems create open space for the decision of a question of water removal by the system of small local treatment facilities. Work of their treatment facilities is much more difficult in comparison with work of the big treatment facilities as it is carried out in the condition of sharply variable organic and hydraulic loads. Small sewer treatment facilities should be completely automated, that is have an effective system of the control, self-regulation and the alarm system, ensuring functioning in an optimum mode. Besides, in the conditions of a constant rise in price of power resources it is necessary to supply a minimum current consumption of such structures which would depend on quantity of acting sewage on clearing.
With allowance for these requests the new technology of biological sewage treatment BIOTAL has been created. At creation of this technology by the author the concept of sewage treatment and salvaging of products of clearing to a condition of products of consumption – technical water and mineral fertilizers has been mortgaged. Well cleared waters partially solve a water supply problem as they can be used as technical, for example, on having watered. The stabilised from system stabilised and dehydrated redundant active silt allocated from system is good mineral fertilizer.
Installation BIOTAL represents consistently connected three among themselves reactor SBR hence-periodicheskogo actions. Processed sewage, consistently flowing from the first to the third reactor, in each of them passes a complete cycle of biological clearing, being exposed in each reactor to repeatedly repeating processes of aeration and hashing. BIOTAL represents as though three consistently connected installations of biological sewage treatment, and the last SBR-reactor periodically passes in a mode of upholding with the subsequent otkachkoy the cleared sewage in a tertiary sediment bowl or the self-washed out filter to additional cleaning.
Installation BIOTAL includes five zones of processing of sewage: rough clearing – detention of a rough sewage and biological preclearing – a SBR-reactor of the first step I, biological clearing – a SBR-reactor of the second step II, biological additional cleaning – a SBR-reactor of the third step III and zones of tertiary upholding IV.
Maintenance of automated management and maintenance of parametres in installations BIOTAL are carried out by means of hydroautomatic and electronic regulation.
