In the first case the thermostat disconnects heating at excess of the set temperature and again includes it at temperature fall.

In the second case the microprocessor during each step interrogates the temperature gauge, indirectly evaluates intensity of selection of heat from a heating element and produces the most suitable operating effect. As a whole, the microprocessor method of regulation supplies more exact maintenance of the set temperature. Devices Polys P-4 are really professional equipment. Irrespective of a method of maintenance of temperature, manual devices are produced with heating elements of the various form and capacity:
  • The heating element capacity 500 Vt has the form of lateral core SH of 32 mm. Such form supplies convenience of welding in remote places;
  • 650-vattnyj the heating element is direct core SH of 32 mm. Convenience of these and previous types that the operator can remove hot svarochnuyu a nozzle, not unscrewing it completely and concerning it only a special key. On a core it is possible to fix simultaneously to three nozzles of various diameters;
  • 850-vattnyj the heating element has the sword form. The surface teploperenosa to a nozzle has the flat form that is more effective for nozzles of big diameters. On a heating element it is possible to fix 2 nozzles simultaneously;
  • 1200-vattnyj the heating element has the disk form. On it it is possible to fix one svarochnuyu a nozzle in diameter to 110 mm. Such devices are intended for welding SH of 40-110 mm, however uniform distribution of heating on a disk plane allows to weld with success and smaller diameters.

Bell-shaped welding of pipes and fitingov big diameters (50 mm and above) the manual device — a problem not from simple. For welding of diameters over 40 mm DYTRON offers portable mechanical tsentratoryi series MP. For butt welding end faces of welded pipes process tortsevatelem for maintenance of an equal fresh cut, then simultaneously heat up end faces of pipes svarochnyim a mirror and connect them for cooling. During all process it is very important to observe the parametres of pressure ordered for a given pipe and duration of each stage. Correctly executed seam has durability not below durability of the pipe.

Welding of polyethylene pipes SH of 20-110 mm, as a rule, is applied at installation of pipelines in buildings. Efforts of a clip of pipes of such diameters rather small to create them it is possible by means of a mechanical drive. Here it is more important to reduce the sizes and weight of the equipment and to supply convenience of work of the operator in remote places and on weight. To these requests ideally satisfies device ST-110 which allows to solve any problems of the assembler: to begin welding from a short branch pipe acting from a wall, to adjust soosnost and to weld even thin-walled pipes, to cook on weight closely to a wall or a ceiling, to weld seams under any corner in a range 0-30 °.

Often the assembler within the limits of one order should conduct both butt welding of polyethylene pipes, and bell-shaped welding polipropilenovyih pipes of rather big diameters. Universal complete set ST-160 with a mechanical drive allows to execute bell-shaped welding SH of 40-110 mm and butt welding SH of 40-160 mm.

A series of devices STH with a hydraulic drive is intended for butt welding of pipes. Smallest of devices of this series in standard program DYTRON — STH-160 for welding SH of 40-160 mm, the biggest — STH-800 for welding SH of 500-800 mm. Devices for welding of higher diameters are produced to order.

Device STH complete set consists from tsentratora, elektrotortsevatelya, svarochnogo mirrors, hydrostations. All devices have an optimum design which allows to lower device weight at preservation of its mechanical durability.
